The 2025 Men’s T20 Asia Cup is all set to bring thrilling cricket action from September 9 to 28, 2025, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This will be the 17th edition of the prestigious tournament and will be played in the T20I format, keeping in mind preparations for the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
Two venues will host the tournament — Dubai International Cricket Stadium and Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Dubai will stage 11 matches including the grand finale on September 28 (reserve day on September 29), while Abu Dhabi will host 8 games.
Groups for Asia Cup 2025
The eight participating teams are divided into two groups:

Group B: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Hong Kong
The tournament kicks off on September 9 in Abu Dhabi, with Afghanistan taking on Hong Kong in the curtain-raiser.

Tournament Format
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Fours stage. From there, the best two teams will battle in the final on September 28 in Dubai to decide the champion.
